Well, I certainly don’t compare to that Virgil. I’m not sure why I write so much about insects. I certainly love the lyric poems about nature but I try to go for something beyond the ode to the wild things. I also write poems AGAINST insects! I’ve written angry poems about the ants who occasionally invade our home.
