So much packed into this short documentary. It's beautiful, it's wonderful and it's heartbreakingly sad. Thank you Sherman. I love it and will watch it many times.

This is such a powerful and moving film, and I enjoyed the narration, poetry, commentary, and dancers. Forgiveness might come at the end of the world, but it seems overwhelmingly difficult (should I say impossible?) to forgive an act that created such loss--let alone the many, many acts that created loss and tears for so many. Thank you for giving me perspective and sharing this.

I'm sorry but I'm conflicted. I don't believe I have all the unbiased information to form any opinion. how sadly ignorant. I think I have of researching to do.

I don’t expect agreement with everything I write and I always welcome research.

Thank you for sharing this & "not a lie, a story".

Particularly moved by someone else's words here as well in honoring their grandmother & ancestors: "We're returning home just like the salmon."

I am still working on forgiving my European ancestors for what they did to the world, let alone this continent. Or myself, for turning away, too many times. Your words at the end of the film were as always powerful and inspiring. Thank you

If everyone in the Northwest turned off their electricity, the Hoover Dam might fall down. But it would overload the windmills. How would I listen to Sherman?

I don’t forgive them. Are there still some salmon? I don’t forgive any hateful things in history. It’s still going on.
