Read Part Time Indian and enjoyed it very much. Someone, a reader or school official took it upon themselves to censor your character's bad joke about Indians, Blacks, and buffaloes by whiting it out... that annoyance aside, marvelous and courageous writing Sherman!

I appreciate the challenge of setting up a book tour and the resources it takes. I also have no doubt that ANYWHERE you wanted to go in the world just for personal or family reasons would have at least one venue that would host you with open arms.

I'd like to come but given the problems between the US and Canada, and especially harassment of other nations (to include Canada) I'm leary. Sherman, Canada lives you ! Can you come up here to BC? Cheers!

This is a great book in many respects. I wrote a review for a German cultural online magasin: https://culturmag.de/crimemag/die-memoiren-von-sherman-alexie/133010

May many people read it! They will love it.

Wow! That sold out fast!

I got stellar timing some days, the kind of luck that often made WonderHorse whinny.

I lived close to Bellingham 25 years ago, near the mountains, and I loved this bookstore, frequenting it on trips into town.

I now live across the country so I can’t make it, but am so happy to see you are reading here!

I read The Absolutely True Diary of a Part Time Indian, and just now found out it is a young peoples' book. The adage is true: A well written young peoples' book is indistinguishable from any other well written book.
